Creavision 2015 /07 - Minimum Income Tax

In december 2014, the Luxembourg Parliament adopted the 2015 budget and the first part of the «future package», a set of measures for the future, introducing new tax measures for corporations and individuals. One of these measures concerns the Minimum Corporate Income Tax (CIT) for collective entities, which has been clarified.
